If your order was supposed to be delivered but has been stuck at the same location for the last 4-5 days, it’s possible that it might have been lost in transit. Here’s what you can do:

1. Check Tracking Information: Verify the latest tracking updates for any changes or new information.

2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier to inquire about the status of your package. They might be able to provide more detailed information or locate your package.

3. Contact Us: If the carrier confirms that the package is lost or if there are no updates, please contact our customer service team at support@freesaloneducation.com. Provide your order details and tracking information.

We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange to send you a replacement order as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will ensure you receive your items promptly.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us right away after ordering, via support@freesaloneducation.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Scissor returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date with original packaging in Unused sellable condition. Please inspect the blade for any markings before using. All scissors that show signs of use are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item(s) is received, we will process a refund for the item(s). Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

After the 14 days you can still return for inspection and sharpening just use this link to purchase sharpening from our official partner Bart Chen. We take a lot of pride in providing top quality scissors at unbelievable prices and know you will love them
